Moore Canoeing School

May, 2012: Now located near High Springs, Florida, The Moore Canoeing School is in the process of reopening after being closed since 2001. The first offerings will be private and semi-private instruction on an hourly or (semi-)daily basis. Weekend and week-long group classes may follow from there. It is likely that the first of such group classes will be largely organized by students, themselves. For example, if you and three or four friends wish to get together and share costs for a day or weekend of sport canoeing instruction, that type of arrangement will be accommodated before a schedule of open classes will be published. Please contact Patrick Moore to discuss the possibilities.

In addition to offering instruction, the school department of Moore Canoeing offers a growing number of articles to peruse for the better understanding of sport canoeing skills and their rewards. Enjoy!
